Vapour is one of the most talked about brew bar in Hyderabad right now.
Been here on a Thursday night with a group of foodies. Let me just start with how good this place looks, artistic would be the apt word to describe this place, kinda where you’d step in and look forward to for an amazing time.
We were hosted by chef Roy who was with us all the while explaining all the dishes we tried, have to hand it to him answering all the out of the blue questions coming from 10 different people with a pleasing smile on his face, hats off for the patience. Now talking about the food, we tasted an array of Indian food and a few Italian dishes.
Let me just list out a few – chicken 65 sounds meh taste it you’d be wow. Chicken tangdi kali mirchi perfect balance of flavors, Caesar salad with parmesan foam fresh, Galouti kebab with Malabar paratha literally melts In your mouth, mushroom duplex makes you wanna eat it non stop, chicken tikka crazy juicy, bangers and mash wasn’t for me don’t like sausage, for mains we had three different pizza’s jerk pizza is a must try, then comes pasta with Alfredo sauce super creamy, nihari with afghan Naan was decent. For dessert we had cheesecake not a big fan but the white chocolate brownie got me craving for more it’s a must try also every dish along with taste being awesome presentation was top notch.
Now coming to what vapour is famous for, we had Dominic and his team of liquid engineers taking care of our drinks. Started with four brew samples Ale, apple cider, blonde and wheat. Blonde was my drink for the night other than this we had many other cocktails and vaporized drinks and shots the most awesome was the flaming shot
Overall an excellent experience would totally recommend vapour to all my friends looking to have an amazing time.
